Once again, today my friend told me that if I would only talk to her naturopathic doctor and use her miracle supplements, I would "get better" like all the other celiacs she works with. Problem solved. She disagrees that the GF diet is the only help for Celiac Disease.

I am 48 years old now. I was diagnosed in 2004. I was told by general doctor that I should see a GI doc for GERD check-up and some GI complaints, that I would need an endoscopy.

I'm a male who loves to cook,and, fortunately, my wife loves to eat what I cook. Unfortunately, she has recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease, and as you can imagine it has had a huge impact on the cooking I have done for years.

Do any other Celiacs have trouble with hand soaps, shampoo, lotions? I have had Celiac for 5 years, but have developed an issue with some ingredients going through my skin. ( Not always wheat related ) Has anyone else had this problem?
