Mission
We're a family business located in Maine. In 1997, after several members of our family were diagnosed with celiac disease, we started researching ingredients and products for people with celiac disease. Of special interest to us is information on the gluten-free status of foods, medicines, and other products we all use. We're also interested in the day-to-day problems celiacs face and how they solve them. Once we realized how much information we had gathered, it seemed natural to start sharing it with others who are in the same situation. This web site is the result.
