When we asked if they can provide gluten free meals on a cruise, this company replied: "Our chef is very accommodating when it comes
to any dietary requests that you may have. You would just let us know at
the time of booking what it was exactly that you could not eat and we
would put it in your passenger notes. That is not a problem at all." (July 12, 2005)
