This is a copy of the letter DCL sent me in response to my question as to whether they can accommodate gluten free meals aboard their ships. The letter was dated July 6, 2005.
To be sure that our shipboard staff is aware of any special circumstances, we ask that guests
complete a Medical Information Form that lists any special dietary/medical needs. This form can be
obtained by calling our Reservations staff at 1-800-WDW-CRUISE or 407-566-7000.
Once onboard you will meet with the head server to discuss any additional special requests. They
are familiar with food allergies such as this.
