"After living on the gluten free diet since 1980 and helping many family and
friends, I designed the DVD for newly diagnosed individuals. Although there
are many more choices of premade gluten free foods and prepackaged mixes,
many of us have multiple food allergies or intolerances in addition to
celiac. The DVD helps people learn to cook from scratch so they can tailor
their gluten free cooking to their individual needs. Our DVD has also been
used by parents to explain the gluten free diet to their children's
caregivers. "
