If you write to us and want a reply, you will need to make sure we're on your "approved list" of senders. The best way to reach us is by email: celiac@clanthompson.com. We check our email several times a day and usually respond within a few hours. If we are on the road, we will usually get back to you within 48-72 hours (maximum time) and often sooner. Very occasionally we may experience a problem (the ice storm that hit the Northeast a few years ago is one time that comes to mind!) that puts us out of touch for a longer period of time. When/if that happens, we will respond to all email as soon as we can.
